This is a coupler & adapter for using a generic 5.9" window duct vent with a Mars Comfort-Aire portable A/C unit. Printing: The Coupler definitely needs supports on as there are overhangs on all sides. I printed with the largest flat area down and the three prong clips up. I used 2 walls at .2 layer height and 15% infill. When I printed the adapter it was a really tight fit so you might want to scale it down a fraction. Also be careful of the tabs as they are more fragile than I thought. The rings are a bit on the heavy segmented edges, mostly due to the design being done in Sketchup. They can be sanded a bit for a better fit between the coupler and adapter.
