I modified my last set of flight stands for A Billion Suns so that they don't have a bevelled edge (as I was having problems printing those when using a brim) and so that the holes for the magnets were a bit deeper. Print the flight poles horizontal to the build plate. If you find the poles too tight, try rescaling them down slightly in your slicer. To use this, you'll need to take your model and "cut" a hole in it using the flight pole in something like Tinkercad or Blender before you print it. Alternatively you can try drilling a 4mm hole in the base of the model, but please if you use power tools then use a vice to hold the model.
