A Billboard Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other formats of 3D graphics. Native file format is .skp; in a 3dsmax scene, it's optimized for version 2016 and rendered with Vray 3.00. Future designs are likely to be similar. Here's the billboard I'll use for my virtual cityscape - the city of dreams. The model has been carefully detailed to include functional windows, stands alone (excluding immediate download into SketchUp), and comes equipped with standard billboard design features. Users can replace generic promotional content by adding their own text or images within a default billboard layout, even deleting exterior corner sections for easier modification and custom design in 3D warehouse software
