A better tensioner for Printrbot LC v2
thingiverse
The initial tensioner block, visible in the photo as the wooden component resting on the bed, exhibited several problems, such as scraping against the belt and shedding wood chips that could mar your prints. The upgraded version boasts enhanced tightening flexibility without jeopardizing your belt's integrity or causing fraying leading to complete wear-through! To install it, follow these steps: first, print the component; then, use a small file on the belt slot to create enough space for the belt to loop back around the printed pin. A 1.75mm filament can also serve this purpose effectively.
