A better RV 4x4" Bumper Cap

I created a previous cap but wasn't thrilled with its performance, so I set out to design one that's more minimalist and straightforward. After using the Rhino hose, I discovered that it fits snugly into the bumper, and only excess material at the edge kept it from sliding in further. So why not revert back to the original OEM cap? Unfortunately, the coupler end fits too tightly, and the rubber cap requires the sewer hose to be deeply recessed inside the bumper, making removal a real hassle. This custom cap allows some of the coupler ears to protrude outside the metal bumper edge, making it easy to grasp and remove. I've incorporated 1/4-inch diameter cylinder magnets epoxied into each corner, which keep the cap firmly in place during travel. The result is an installation and removal process that's significantly easier than the OEM cap!
