a base for burst disks

I've printed all the Beyblade Burst disks and only had two that fit perfectly without any adjustments. Go figure, those were actually the ones that had been laser scanned. So, I decided to take the model of one that worked and create a fresh design from scratch in Onshape, getting as close as possible to the working model. Originally, I was just going to use it as a guide to scale the other disks, but I'd love to see what everyone comes up with. There's also a clockwise spinning layer base here that I put together, which has a nice friction fit along with a frame base for good measure.
