A 90 degree frame bracket for an artists canvas
thingiverse
We built this specifically for making a canvas frame that will hold acoustic foam panels snugly under material. The goal is to silence a large sound deadening panel for our conference room, which can get pretty echoey at times. There are three different designs - left and right-hand models with hanging holes, and a no-hole version. Instructions Print it in PLA and you'll get a more solid result, or use ABS as an alternative. The frame can withstand 0.3mm print resolution and one perimeter finish, so each model takes around an hour on our Robox machine using the 0.8mm nozzle.
