I designed and 3D printed (in PLA) some 9x6 propellers for my 800kv (4s) tricopter, which is performing great so far. Caution is advised: Depending on the materials used, print quality, and other factors, your print may turn out differently from mine, potentially breaking into knife-sharp blades that could harm you or someone else. Always conduct thorough tests to ensure it will withstand your intended use before attaching it to a plane and taking off.
