9x20 Lathe Change Gears

Revamped change gears are available for the 9x20 class of import lathes, featuring similar designs across brands like Harbor Freight, Jet, and Grizzly 9x20's. The gear specifications include a thickness of 8mm, a bore diameter of 14mm, a keyway width of 5mm, and a keyway depth of 2.5mm with a pressure angle of 20 and diametral pitch of 1 (MOD1 gears have a DP of 1). Gear sets are provided for various sizes, including 127x120, 120x80, 60x40, and 48x24, as well as individual gears for 80, 60, 45, 42, 40, 36, 30, and 28. The SCAD files are also available to create or modify gears with customized parameters. Previous errors in the diametral pitch have been corrected, and gears now feature text indicating tooth count. To print these gears, use Teflon or PLA (PLA is recommended for its durability) at a high percentage of rectilinear infill, with an infill rate of at least 60% (an 80% infill was used in the set).
