9v Flashlight Housing

9v Flashlight Housing

I decided to give designing something 3D a shot, and here's a design for a simple 9v flashlight that runs off a single 9v battery, features two 5mm LED's, a resistor, and a switch all working together in harmony. The design relies on a clever snap joint to connect the two parts seamlessly. I'm still learning my way around blender, so I ended up using Autodesk Inventor instead - hopefully you'll be able to tweak the orientation and settings to make it suitable for 3D printing with ease. --EDIT-- After further review, I ditched the snap joint as it proved to be quite tricky to print (at least in its original form), so now the top simply fits snugly onto the bottom.
