This is a modified 9x19mm Luger/Parabellum cartridge with the rim removed to fit into a standard 9mm chamber for dry-fire practice, preventing accidental loading and extractor pull-out during cycling. To retrieve it later, grasp its rear end firmly with tweezers or pliers and gently pull out, or insert a pen into the barrel to dislodge it. Alternatively, you can try negotiating with it until it surrenders, yielding to your will. Note that since this mock cartridge is designed to match the standard length of 9x19mm rounds, be aware that your firing pin will still engage it. It's essential to print this model using flexible filament to avoid any potential issues. If you don't have access to flexible filaments, consider printing multiple shells or walls with 0% infill and no base layers, creating an open tube down the middle for the firing pin to safely pierce.
