These reliable cable clips have been rigorously tested and proven effective in numerous applications. They can be easily adapted for use with different cable sizes by applying basic mathematical calculations as demonstrated below. However, testing has thus far only been conducted on the precise size of 8mm and 9mm cables. These dimensions provide a secure fit without causing damage to the wire. The distance between the screw hole and the wire allows for full tightening of the screw without compromising the integrity of the wire. A recommended screw size is number 8 or 10 round head, although other sizes may be feasible with the addition of a washer. This design represents the third iteration following several minor adjustments to achieve optimal results. Specifically, it has been tailored for use as a wire retainer for 14awg and 16awg power cables. Most printers can produce multiple copies quickly due to their small print size and the relatively straightforward design, making it suitable for printing by most standard printers.
