This is an ammunition box I designed specifically for 9mm, holding 100 rounds. It's likely that the hinges will need to be sanded smooth with a 1.5mm drill bit; next, two 1.5mm x 25mm headless nails can be used to secure them in place. When printing the hinges, it is essential to use a heat dissipation system to prevent overheating and warping. To facilitate proper closure, I've added additional support in the lid's closing flange, which enables the box to print horizontally with minimal stress on the hinge components. Although this process can add complexity to the printing phase, the end result will be a box that seals very securely. A precision file may need to be used to adjust the fitting after the support has been removed.
