9mm 100 round low filament case

I designed a bullet holder with a capacity for 100 rounds, utilizing minimal filament in the process. I chose PLA as the printing material and achieved a wall thickness of .8 to facilitate easy insertion and removal of bullets. This design can be printed in two separate parts using a 5-inch bed; however, individuals with a 12-inch bed can print the entire holder in one piece. I initially employed a .3 layer resolution with 20% infill for a quicker print time. Experimenting with 40% infill resulted in a stiffer structure, but I prioritized speed and minimal material usage since the bullet holder is intended for use at the shooting range.
