A series of events led to a complete redesign of the servo arm concept, resulting in fewer tolerance issues and a larger, sturdier part. While squeeze-fit solutions were considered, an M2 nut was added to the M5 threaded rod holder for improved strength. Thanks to FlouSH, Talpa, and Zippy for their input on the initial design. Printing with the part standing on its hole provided the best results; laying may weaken the servo arm holder due to potential breakage of small parts. Using minimal support settings in UP software with denser perimeters/infill was optimal. The M5 adapter could be tighter, but it accommodates delivered servo screws. Refer to pictures for assembly instructions. Note that UP software occasionally crashes when exporting STL files from SketchUp, so running the fix-routine and saving the file again can resolve this issue.
