Printable 2-part 9barista basket cap mold.Allows making a suitable silicone replacement for the custom basket cap used by the 9barista. Not cost effective, but definitely satisfying ;)Optimized for a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.15 layer height. Use PLA along with food-grade silicone.I used shore 30A on mine, and feels just a tad softer than the original while still being perfectly functional. The original is probably in the 35-40A range.I didn't use any special equipment:print both parts accurately: your result is only as good as your moldpour 14g of silicone on “mold b”, filling it just below the rimdelicately put “mold a” on top with a corner first, then level gently to avoid bubblespush down gently but continuously until silicone starts pouring from the top overflow holealign the top by rotating until the vertical side lines are alignedclamp hard until curedIf the mold has been clamped down correctly there will be very little cleanup to do on the seam lines. Rip off easily the excess using rubber gloves.
