I've built this frame to rebuild my mini quad on my own frame using construction similar to the "owl" frame design. I also wanted it to be a push frame, as push props are a bit more efficient. The flight controller I'm using has 25mm dimensions with 20*20mm mounts - any controller that fits these mounts will work fine. I've opted for four esc's, but a 4in1 with 20mm mounts would also fit perfectly. For spacing, I used 15mm m3 stands. I chose 1104 7500kv motors with 56mm 2 blade props. My quad runs on 2s batteries with 450mAh capacity. I printed this frame using nylon, which is a quite hard material to print. PETG should also work well. UPDATE 1: I modified the bottom plate for better duct printing (optimal for 0.4mm nozzle). UPDATE 2: I increased the outer ring width from 1mm to 1.5mm. UPDATE 3: I added an alternative design with corner spacer mounts. UPDATE 4: For the alternative design, I moved the spacer holes a bit. UPDATE 5: I made the ducts fully round without breaks. I also printed in Polyamide - the result is much better.
