I'm having some trouble with my Ryobi Whipper snipper's starter pull start pulley - it's lost its teeth. Designed in Fusion 360, printed out of PETG material. Update: The PETG material sheared off the teeth quite fast. I've reprinted it using 90 hardness TPU and so far it seems to be working better. I think the improved layer adhesion and slightly rubbery flexibility of TPU are making a big difference.
