Made a quick remix of this to fit the wiper stalk steering column depth on my 2000 Impreza RS. This will fit all 98-01 Classic Impreza models with the NRG Short Hub SRK-100H. The protruding tab should be positioned opposite of the NRG logo. Currently the cylinder is sized to be a very tight fit, you can use a blunt object like a hammer to tap it on. If you want a slightly easier fit, increase X and Y scale by 1%.
