<p>This is a 96mm diameter wheel used for robotics / RC vehicle projects.</p> <p>It is made of two parts :</p> <ul> <li>the wheel which can be printed using PLA or any other material</li> <li>the tire which must be printed using flexible material</li> </ul> <p>The wheel is attached to the motor shaft using an hexagonal coupler which can be easily purchased.</p> <p>I designed these parts using Onshape software.
