96Boards Consumer Edition HiKey case

This case is designed specifically for [HiKey (620)](https://www.96boards.org/product/hikey/), but due to the 96Boards Consumer Edition standard defining the form factor, any of the CE boards listed [here](https://www.96boards.org/products/ce/) should fit in theory. This case is slightly wider, deeper and taller compared to others seen on Thingiverse. There are a few reasons for this: * I wanted to accommodate the [96Boards Sensors Mezzanine adapter](https://www.96boards.org/product/sensors-mezzanine/) within the case with the lid closed. * Extra room is provided for a switch used to toggle between normal and recover mode. * A bit better airflow in the case is achieved. * I wanted to be able to get my fingers down into the case when trying to remove the sensor board. The hinges used are those found in [thing:1334035](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1334035). They have been CA glued directly onto my case. Two holes at the bottom for stand-offs are approximately 2.4mm in size. This is because people wanting to use 2.5mm stand-off screws can do so, and those who prefer to use 3mm stand-off screws can simply make the hole slightly larger with a drill. I've used 3mm screws, which also forced me to enlarge the mounting holes on both the HiKey itself as well as the sensor board. This seems to be fine as long as you use the drill carefully and accurately. The other hole at the bottom is for the JTAG connector at HiKey 620. Unfortunately, this is positioned in a different location on the PCB of other CE devices. So, it's only suitable for the HiKey 620.
