A friend sent me a schematic for his Porsche 966TT spoiler actuator system, showing a guide that had failed. This part is unavailable separately but only in the expensive full assembly. In just twelve hours, I modeled the part and printed two prototypes. The next day, it was mailed to him. After minor adjustments by drilling additional holes, he successfully installed the part as seen in the operational 966TT spoiler video on YouTube. The project is available at Tinkercad.com. I used a Replicator 2 printer with PLA material, and found out that the part becomes highly flexible even at low temperatures (170 F). However, Porsche 966TT owners should not install this part.
