Commonly used in chemistry labs and analytics for organizing small samples or parts, thin polystyrene is often employed due to its ease of use. However, it melts at dry cure temperatures above 50°C, making it less than ideal for certain applications. To address this issue, a new design was created specifically for ABS to see if it could withstand long dry cures without melting. Please note that using this model in a lab setting may contaminate your test samples, and the acid resistance of the material has not been thoroughly tested. As such, the designer cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues that may arise from its use. If you choose to use this model, do so at your own risk. Two versions of the design are provided: a solid form and a version with voids to minimize material usage.
