I whipped up a replacement for one of those suckers on my Del Sol the other day after it broke. First, take that knurled steel center from your old lever and insert it into the pivot for the lever. To get the lever aligned correctly, I recommend putting the knurled steel center onto the latch axle first then pushing the printed lever onto it in place. You can put the cap on before or after inserting the lever onto the axle. I print these up at a .2mm layer height with 100% infill to give them a solid structure.
