92mm fan blade replacement

I'm making a summary replacement fan blade assembly for a 92mm fan. None of our welders at work had an extra set, so I came up with this design to get it working again. It blows a lot of air and might need some scaling to fit your setup though. Just snap off the remaining blades, file them smooth, and slide this on over - gluing if necessary will do the trick. It was a perfect interference fit for my project, which had an ID of 46.8mm with an 84mm fan blade diameter.
