92 mm honeycomb fan guard

This simple honeycomb fan guard boasts an extremely open design that minimally restricts air flow. It's specifically tailored to fit 92 mm fans and features an overall thickness of just 4 mm, with the honeycomb itself measuring only 2 mm thick - this allows for a comfortable gap of at least 2 mm between the blades. It may not be the most robust guard out there, but it should still effectively prevent fingers and wires from getting caught in the blades. I printed this design using green ABS with a layer height of 0.2 mm. The holes might be slightly too small for a self-tapping fan screw, but they can easily be widened up with a drill or hobby knife if needed. This design was created using Fusion 360.
