911 Smuggler Box Firewall Block Off plate

This is a block off plate designed for the firewall in a Porsche 911. The Smugglers box from factory accommodates part of the Air Conditioning Hardware. Users who want to remove some weight up front can opt to remove the hardware. On the passenger's footwell, there's a thermal switch that routes into the cabin. When removed, there is a large hole left where this thermal switch was before. For easier printing with filaments having more temperature stability, I have opted not to make the through holes go all the way through the model. This greatly helped on my printer while allowing me to forego the raft for adhesion and accuracy of the bolt holes on the initial layer. It will be necessary to finish the model after printing by drilling through hole drills into the holes. I printed mine on PETG filament using a Creality Ender 3.
