**90° Precision Square** It's essential to verify if your Alfawise U20 aluminum profiles 2020, 2040 are assembled with 90° angles. After printing on PLA and optimizing the outcome, I lightly sanded both main contact surfaces with sandpaper. First, I used P600 sandpaper, then P1200 sandpaper. **Warning**: If the angle between the X axis and Y is not 90°, the square won't be either. This tool also serves to check if your printer's assembly requires adjustment. A calibration test piece is included for pre-printing checks.
