To limit the size of my printer housing I needed a solution without roller bearing to avoid the filament touching the wall. And I wanted to ease filament change. Now the filament goes trough the filament carousel trough the elbow in the extruder. I have clean both side with a 2.5mm drill in reverse. Finally the filament is passing properly trough the extruder and the Bowden tube behind without any issue.
