My 1993 Toyota Pickup's throttle cable had a rubber spacer for adjustment of the cable play. Over time, this rotted and split in half, meaning there was an inch of slack before the lever would catch the adjustment screw of the cable and actually open up the throttle. This is a decent approximation of the spacer, designed to wrap around the cable and then be zip-tied in place. Print in Flex to ensure it can still be adjusted, or PLA/ABS if you want to send it.
