This unit needs thorough testing - I recommend printing about 5mm of the piece, canceling the print, and checking fit-up before attempting a complete print. I ordered the wrong spindle mount for my R7 router kit, but fortunately, my 3D printer came to the rescue! This mount will fit most 2 1/4hp router units - 90mm in length. The part that attaches to the c-beam is extremely tight. There's no room for over extrusion of filament, and your printer must be running perfectly, dimension-wise. Even with perfect settings, you may need to do some preparation to get it to fit. Unfortunately, there was no way around this - the tolerances are extremely challenging. Print with at least 65% to 70% infill, 100% would be ideal. The screw holes are all M5. The two M5 (60-65mm) holes for the compression screws require M5 (nylon) nuts that slide into the slots on the right side of the mount - don't forget these, as the plastic may strip easily. The two holes that attach to the c-beam use low-profile, 15mm, M5's with t-slot nuts. Testing and pictures will be coming soon.
