I fabricated my own 90 degrees cable protectors because they weren't available, so I put one together. The new design performed well when tested with my Wacom tablet and sits snugly flush. A locking mechanism has been incorporated into the system. First, insert the cable pointing upwards and then twist it into the hole for a secure fit - although results may vary depending on the specific cable used. This lock requires supports to be built into the interior structure to function effectively.
