90-Degree Strip Rail

90-Degree Strip Rail

If you're using my 50mm LED strip rail, this is the required 90-degree rail that provides the necessary surface for the LED to adhere while turning a sharp 90 degrees. The part was created in Autocad specifically to complement the revised 50mm strip rail I redesigned from J-Max. After printing, you'll need to clean up the backside of the pieces inserted into the 2020 extrusion using a Dremel and a razor blade. The bottom 8mm is designed to be solid, while the rest forms a shell for easy snap-in installation into the extrusion. However, if you print with a heavy infill or in solid mode, you'll need to disassemble your extrusion corner to fit the keepers into the 2020 extrusion.
