I'm upgrading my Honda Nighthawk Carburetors with a custom 90-bit holder for 1/4 hobby screwdriver bits, making it a breeze to adjust the mixture screw. The middle carbs are still a bit finicky, but way easier than wrestling with a regular screwdriver - I even shortened the screwdriver bit to make it more manageable. To assemble the gears, you'll need to heat up the lip on the gear mount and give it a quick bend to slip in the bottom gear. Then, press it against a flat surface to reshape it into place, securing it once and for all. The gears are locked in afterward, good as new! This holder was printed with ABS, but would work just fine with PLA - the possibilities are endless!
