90 degree corner clamping jig
thingiverse
I required a means of holding two wooden components securely and squarely at a 90-degree angle relative to each other. There are many good corner clamps available, but I needed a simple and expedient jig that could be used with an existing clamp. To utilize this design, simply place it on the inside and outside of the corner joint, and you will have two parallel surfaces to clamp together. Any material should suffice. Printing with thicker walls will provide added strength and rigidity. Minor adjustments include increased inner corner relief chamfering and the addition of edge chamfers to reduce sensitivity to printer settings.
