90 Degree Bracket

Summary Hey everyone! I'm currently building a table for recording my videos and keeping track of my 3D Printers, but with a busy schedule that includes family, two jobs, YouTube, and more, I only have one hour a day to dedicate to this project. Yesterday, I ran out of time to drill pocket holes for the table top, so during my lunch break at my night job, I designed a bracket using computer-aided design software. When I got home last night, I downloaded the model, multiplied and spaced out 18 copies, sliced and saved the file to an SD card, and fired up my Geeetech Aluminum Prusa I3 printer. After a long print time of 16 hours and 47 minutes - or just 13 minutes shy of exactly when I knew I'd be back home - my brackets were finally done. They worked perfectly! The holes are 4 millimeters in diameter and located one inch from the inside corner (I know it's a mix of units, but that's how Tinkercad handled it). One side is slightly thicker than the other, which turned out to be an unexpected advantage. I placed the thicker side towards the 2"x4" supports where I used longer screws and applied more pressure. https://youtu.be/8Nps8gp_1xQ Print Settings: Printer: Geeetech Aluminum Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 30%
