If you enjoy my 3dmodels then please consider buying me a cup of coffee at my Paypal tip page: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=ZRLFSSPLF5S4Y I had a bunch of straight phono jacks but I wanted to make some guitar effect patch cords so I made a 90 degree jack in OpenSCAD. I then used Jason Webb's two part mold generator to make the mold. I printed the mold parts in the UV resin printer (Photon Mono). I've not had much success printing small molds with FDM. Some folks use 2 part flexible putty but I used black hot melt glue for these patch cord jacks and it worked pretty good. I smear a little bit of paste furniture wax inside the mold first. I then give it a good long shot of hot melt until is starts oozing out the sides of the mold. Hold the halves together for a minute or so and then run the mold under a cold faucet for a minute . Let the mold cool for about 20 minutes before separating with a dull knife. It takes a while for the heat to migrate out of the mold. You will have to trim the flashing off the part with some side cutters or razor. No big deal, if you have any cavities fill them in with hot melt and put the mold halves back on. Good luck.
