90 deg barrell connector housing
thingiverse
The barrel power connector on my MonoPrice Select Mini V2 snapped and ruined a couple of prints. Further inspection revealed that the wire inside the housing wasn't soldered correctly, causing it to disconnect. I reattached the wire with some solder and printed this housing from scratch. Printing standard threads didn't quite cut it, so I created custom ones after a few failed attempts. They now work seamlessly. If the nuts are too bulky for your taste, you can simply tape or super-glue the housing onto your wire – no hard feelings here! I had to do just that before my custom threads were up and running. I used PETG, but PLA should also get the job done.
