90° bend for Ø22mm PVC Pipe Weld -Better Support

Very similar to the previous 90° Ø22mm pipe bend, but this is built even more vertically. People may confuse these with 135° bends, well they aren't. Ok, I haven't seen anyone use plumbing or pipework of practical use so I'm calling this the modestly named Southern Method. Using a single material home printer and printing pipes at 45° without support materials allows for round finished pipe profiles instead of "teardrop" shapes that prevent collapsing. First rule of Plumbing Club: Don't mess with systems you don't understand. Second rule: You really don't mess with systems you don't get. Every modification takes as long as it needs. Only one system at a time, okay? If this is your first night in the Plumbing Club, you've got to get plumbing right now. This design is intended for low pressure return pipes for grey water around room temperature only. Don't use on Gas (Propane, LPG, Butane, Domestic Gas supplies, or any flammable medium), hot water, central heating systems, or macerated sewage. This doesn't work well near 0°C. Do not hide under floorboards where it's hard to see or change. Use this wisely. Similar uses have worked in hydroponics at low pressure (102KPa / 1ATM). I'm saying Grey Water Systems only - but you do what you want. I used a similar setup before. I did http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:639743 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:650329 too. Use the technique from Nescafe's Nesspresso Milk Nozzle for comparison at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:649314. (Cheers to similar users like Cyber Betty's Oil Top, by the way.) Just keep your hands off of my code and follow these rules or suit yourself - I don't run this operation anyway. Remixes need to have Southern's Support-free Pipework Method mentioned as a must. Use that exact phrase! No other changes will work with me, okay? This method isn't meant to replace the previous one - it just works in another way and there will be more updates soon. Please give this a try if you like, otherwise no sweat for me - cheers to you too. And seriously - don't say I haven't warned you about what comes next... Cheers, -Andy.
