9 Volt Battery Holder with terminals

9 Volt Battery Holder with terminals

When I couldn't find a 9V connector for an impromptu project on Sunday (it's a 30-minute drive, and it's 35°C outside), I designed this connector. Luckily, I found one later, so it remains untested. To make this connector, print the design (adjust Scad tolerance if necessary); insert two M3 philips head bolts into designated holes; wrap wire ends onto bolt ends and secure with a nut and washer. Finally, insert battery terminal-first, clip it in place, and ensure proper polarity. If it doesn't fit perfectly, adjust the variable clamp in Scad to make a smaller ramp at the back.
