Because 9v batteries have extremely exposed contacts that can easily short-circuit when left anywhere unattended, I take extra precautions by putting a protective case on them. Initially dissatisfied with the cases available here, I decided to design my own custom solution. A word of caution: this particular case is incredibly snug-fitting, but rest assured it provides both safe and secure storage for the battery as well as protection from damage to the case itself.
