9-prong WDT stand

After printing the WDT + stand from [thing:4819617](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4819617) for myself I wanted to post one to a fellow coffee enthusiast friend to try but the stand was a bit awkward to mail economically. This is a similar stand that I knocked up in openscad that is printed in two parts that screw together. I eyeballed the measurements but it fits my tool - the values are all commented in the scad file if you want to need to tweak it. Uses [revolve2 openscad library](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3215997) for the thread. Printing: Easy to print. I printed the cone with 0 infill and a semi-transparent material which I thought looked nice but anything will work fine. If the threads are too tight or too loose you can tweak the "thread_diff" variable in the scad file.
