This is an adaptation of the nine-layer case previously used for Raspberry Pi 3B, with modifications made to accommodate a TFT 3.5 screen, specifically a generic Waveshare screen like the one found at http://www.waveshare.com/wiki/3.5inch_RPi_LCD_(A). The screen was purchased on Aliexpress for approximately $11 USD. Shipping was quite slow; it may be worth exploring alternative sellers. The supplied nylon screws were utilized by removing three original layers, resulting in a simplified design. The bottom layer and the two top layers were removed to fit this case with the TFT 3.5 screen. The Waveshare drivers were used for the screen without any issues, allowing for the creation of an Octoprint rig with Touch UI functionality. Octoprint is particularly useful if one wishes to eliminate the need for constantly transporting their SD card to the printer each time a print operation is desired. There are three custom layers - A, B, and C - which serve specific purposes. Layer A sits above the screen, layer B surrounds the screen, while layer C is positioned underneath it. If you possess the same EEEKit case, modifications can be easily made to incorporate a 3.5 TFT display. Enjoy!
