9 inch Android Screen Brackets and Tray to suit Nissan Silvia S14 240sx 200sx

Here is my design to get a 9 inch Android Chinese Audio Carplay unit to fit an S14 dash as neat as possible using original head unit brackets. Includes tray under screen to delete cigarette lighter and ash tray. When printing, one bracket needs to be mirrored to make a set. Things to modify on Android screen and might void warranty so do so at own risk. - Four holes on back of screen need to be tapped to M3 and button head M3 screws 12mm long used. - Side faces near bottom corners on screen need to be ground to clear sides of dash. I used a flap disc on a 4 inch grinder to do this, See pictures for details. - Aluminum heat sink needs a little clearance for old counter sunk holes in original bracket, I used a rotory tool with 1/2 inch round sanding cylinder to do this. Dome head screws were used to hold bracket and original c/sunk originals to hold tray to side brackets. i printed the side brackets side by side with face of original brackets attaching to onto base plate of printer. With under tray i printed on back face without support. This is a work in motion project and still am fine tuning things. Was printed on my cheap Anet A8 with PLA+ so print at own risk.
