Here's how you can create an effective aiming device for your DIY project: Mount a red dot sight to a spray bottle using a specially designed weaver rail that I created, achieving optimal alignment at a 9-degree elevation. After adjusting the sights, I found that it accurately targets objects at about 6 feet away. The rail securely attaches to the spray bottle with 7 small wood screws, clearly visible through the transparent plastic in the accompanying image.
