9-Ball Rack (American)

9-Ball Rack (American)

This custom 9 ball rack was designed with a challenge in mind - making it more difficult for players to knock the balls out when removing the rack. The concept was initially sketched on paper by an enthusiastic billiards player and friend of mine. Unfortunately, I have removed his name from the design for public release. To assemble this rack, you will need to print parts 1, 2, and the base (8 feet long). I used Gorilla Glue Contact Adhesive to bond the components together. When printing, I set the layer height to .2mm and enabled supports only on the build plate at a 60-degree angle. This approach ensured that only the crucial "key" area of part 2 received support, as it was the only necessary component.
