A monstrous, barely intelligent form of elemental life, primords resemble humanoid rocks. A primord looks like a bulky humanoid, crudely sculpted out of rock or clay. It has a very basic mind, leading it to kill intruders and then retreat to the darkness. Primords attack by clubbing and clawing their targets, with little strategy and less fear. They can’t be hurt by conventional weapons, and like to laugh at enemies when their blades break off their rocky hide. Underground Patrols. Primords eat only inorganic material, but they hunt living creatures to defend their territory, or as sacrifices to their hive crystal. Theysee themselves as guardians of the earth and rock, wandering into underground tunnels to hunt miners and scare them off.
