The Obakkar, the proud amber orcs of the Southorn, are a matriarchal tribal people with a deep respect for life and childrearing, but also for war and honorable death. The term ‘thunderhorn’ encompasses many breeds of armored saurids, covered in bony plates that protect them from predators such as raptors and saurons. There are many types of thunderhorns, with different plate shapes and arrangements, but most have horned heads or spiked tails to strike back at their attackers, and massive plates covering their head and backs. They are herbivorous, but very dangerous to anyone if startled or annoyed.
