I'm preparing a new carriage for my Euroreprap Railroad System collection, which is compatible with other vehicles marked as ERS. This model comes complete with all parts - even the wheels' axles are 3D printed using 1.75mm filament pieces for hinges' axles. This carriage is compatible with LEGO tracks and the Euroreprap Railroad System's native track standard. A free inter-connector track model is available for download. No support material is needed during printing, making it suitable for small printers with bed sizes below 15x15 cm (contact me first if your printer has a smaller bed area). Assembly requires no special tools - I use a metal nail file to smooth out any excess material left behind. The assembled model measures 240x80x120 mm (9.52x3.15x4.72 in) in size. If you want to experiment with this model on other track scales, use these scaling factors: x0.847 for 32mm tracks (scale "0") and x1.19 for 45mm tracks (scale "G"). Note that after scaling, the minimum bed size required will be 18x18 cm - keep in mind that scaling factors may vary slightly depending on each printer's accuracy level.
