Make sure to be cautious when using this prop assembly. Do not utilize this assembly with motors exceeding 150W in power! Propeller Build this prop with SOLID PLA by increasing shell thickness to 3mm. Avoid utilizing 100% infill as it causes the plastic to be deposited in the wrong direction. Construct the prop vertically, with supports, and a minimum of 6mm brim. Any printing errors will result in prop failure. Print at 0.12mm with your standard PLA settings. Use 180 grit sandpaper for removing the brim and imperfections from the edges. Later, use 400 grit wet sandpaper up to 1200 with water for a smooth finish. Note: Only utilize high-quality PLA. Spinner The motor shaft can be between 3 and 4mm in diameter (may require drilling after printing). It can be used with Aeronaut CAM carbon props if desired. Secure the spinner to the motor via two lateral screws, requiring 2 M3 nuts and 2 M3x14mm and 2 M3x16mm bolts for completion. Insert the nuts from the bottom. Torque the M3 bolts against the motor shaft to their maximum and retorque every day you plan to use. Print at 35% infill and 1.6mm wall thickness, using PLA with a layer height of 0.12mm.
